The warranty service will be performed without charge to the purchaser for parts &/or labour 4. The purchaser will be responsible for the cost of transportation to & from our base in Auckland &/or for any service or maintenance not directly linked to any of the related defect/s 5. The warranty does not cover damage or failure as a result of negligent use, normal wear & tear, failure to carry out the proper maintenance, failure to follow operating instructions or any part that is altered or modified, incorrect fuel mix 6. To secure the warranty, the original purchaser must, within a reasonable period, report the defect & request repair within the applicable warranty term, present evidence of the warranty start date & return the product to our base in Auckland 7.NB: We do not represent Stihl and are not agents for Stihl products 8.Brand New Stihl does not come with original box 9.
