Rooted variegated Monstera stem, I have had this sitting in spag moss for about 3 months then transferred to dirt/pumice mix about 3 months ago once roots came through so are well established by now.

Is a less variegated one compared to the stem and mother plant (photo attached) more variegation is apparently supposed to come through as the plant gets older but also depends on environment, temperature etc.

Would prefer pick up but can post and buyers cost and risk
