Description
Leucadendron Clone 91 is one of the brightest sites in winter. It has lemon yellow flowers tinged with red. Flowering starts in autumn and flowers stay on the tree through winter and well into spring. The flowers are excellent picking with vase life of a couple of weeks. Great for floral work. It forms a small bush around 1.5 m tall and wide. They are in the protea family.
They like full sun, must have free draining soils. They do not like fertilising and they are easy care. They are frost hardy and hold their leaves all year.
Plants are 15- 20 cm tall and potted in 9 cm pots. Photo shows flowers and two sample potted plants. These are seconds and foliage is sparse.
