AS A MICROGREEN: Vibrant magenta/pink stems & dark-green, heart shaped leaves. Crisp. Moderate spicy peppery flavour. Sprouts have a warm, subtly sweet flavour.
Rich in vitamin A, B6, C, Folate, Iron, Calcium, Potassium & Magnesium. Beneficial tor blood pressure, kidney function & removal of body toxins.

AS A VEGETABLE: A unique winter radish. Ground level rosette of oblong shaped leaves. Roots with rose pink skin & white flesh. Harvest in autumn. The spicy flesh is delicious in salads. The radish tops are wonderful cooked. Stores well.
- Sow ANY TIME OF THE YEAR from JAN TO DEC, but spring, late summer & autumn are best.

- Sow direct at 5mm depth thinly in shallow drills 1.5cm deep with 30-35cm between rows
