This pump uses and includes (1) Intex filter type "A". Filter pump includes (2) 3.20 cm (1.25") ID (inside diameter) hoses and (1) Intex large pool strainer and inlet assembly. Installation is very easy - just hook-up the hoses and plug the pump into a 220 to 240 volt outlet.
