Ordered the Waiwera spa last week unseen as we had extremely good responses to all of our questions. We asked if the spa could be delivered on Friday afternoon in Pukekohe (a huge ask given traffic) which they kindly agreed to. The delivery went smoothly, we were given help getting it into place. This company are so easy to deal with and so onto it. The spa is excellent (we have owned spas for over 20 years). It’s the perfect size for us now we have downsized, lots of jets and our opinion much better value than the more well known brands.
