Elegant vintage sterling silver ring featuring an intricate open filigree design set with a beautiful oval natural opal measuring approximately 8.80 mm long, showing subtle flashes of yellow, green and pinky orange in the light. The elongated shape gives it a distinctive, graceful presence on the finger.
