About the role We are looking for an experienced Warehouse Administration Supervisor to join our Hamilton team, based at Ruakura. In this role you will be responsible for a small team and the completion of administration tasks for the inbound and outbound activities in our 3PLWarehouse. Our customers are a key focus for us and we aim to provide a fantastic service to them. You will be part of making this happen, whether it is through your WMS experience, or regularly communicating with them over the phone, email or in person. This is a full-time role operating Monday to Friday from 8:30am to 6:00pm. Key tasks include:
- Supervise a team of Warehouse Administrators to not only meet but exceed customers SLA and expectations
- Developing and maintaining positive Customer relationships
- Ensure Customer receipts, orders and enquiries are handled appropriately and within SLA requirements
- Co-ordinate and allocate various administrative tasks to be completed within the specified timeframes
- Assist in the implementation of new Customers
- Maintain the accuracy and upload of WMS data
- Handle the follow-up of all E-Certs
