Description
This stunning piece of freeform NZ Jade art is from a private collection and is now on the collectors market for the first time. The mitre form, known as the 'Two Faces of Mankind' is the centre piece of any room it is displayed in. Hand polished to a 3000 diamond grit glass and mirror finish the two front faces catch the light beautifully thus revealing the meaning behind its name.
Curated from a rare Nelson blue jade stone the mix of deep greens and subtle blue hues presents a tightly felted stone with a character enhancing mix of diopside and rind and is inset 30mm into a crafted RImu base.
Inventory No. NB0025. Visible height 355cm Each face 100cm. Weigh excluding base 25lb. This is a substantial piece of art and will be shipped free of charge in protective crating.
Note: Watch out for other pieces of rare NZ Jade from this collection being released soon.
