Mostly house but a few other random genres. All records in good condition (no scratches i know of). Most of the covers are in good condition but maybe 20 have worn covers (see photos). Most of them were between $20-$25 each. 195 x $20 = $3,900. $1,700 / 195 = $8.70 per record. List of titles started below but limit characters allowed so see attachment for full list . There are few extras i dont know the title of as well.

If you analyse the these titles using Discogs median sales prices the value comes to between $420 -$540 for all records as a bulk buy. This is a great collection and having put all the titles in and analysed them (assuming G to VG condition) your figure is pretty spot on and fair. Like all bulk sales there is a certain amount of "filler" records that don't sell or are doubleups but plenty of good stuff here. It's a shame I live so far away as I'm quite tempted.
