About the Artist
Caley Hall is a New Zealand landscape painter known for dramatic scenes of Fiordland and the South Island.
He painted alongside Nathanael Provis and was inspired by his friend Tim Wilson and traditional New Zealand artist Peter Beadle.
His work has been featured in The New Zealand Artist Magazine and sold through galleries and auction houses including Webb’s. His paintings are held in private collections across New Zealand.
The highest gallery sale achieved was $32,000 for a large Manapouri painting (1.9m × 1.9m on Berge linen) sold in Queenstown.
Caley Hall was also awarded the Kiwibank Community Hero of the Year Medal in 2019 for contributions to art and charity.
