We offer a 3-month warranty on return to base (RTB) for our products, excluding any faults caused by customer damage such as dropping the laptop.

If you wish to return a non-faulty product in a saleable condition, please note that a minimum 20% restocking fee may apply. Refunds may take up to 10 working days to process.

Payment and pickup must be completed within 7 days, otherwise, items will be relisted.
