This phone has been factory reset & we have confirmed that the phone is not account locked. As for the SIM card, unfortunately we do not have test SIMs for every carrier in NZ. But as far as we can tell, this phone should be able to use any SIM from any carrier in NZ. Buyer Beware.
As this is an older model, it is no longer officially supported by Apple and therefore some apps may no longer work, please research if that is an issue.
