Gibson Les Paul Classic - Tobacco Sunburst

From the serial number, it is a 2005 model.

I bought second hand around 2010/2011 and has been a much loved instrument, used gigging and at home. I no longer play, and has just been home decor for the past few years.

This is for sale of “Sonny” as is - in need of some new strings and some love!

“Sonny” has standard wear - minor chips and mild cracking to lacquer. Around 2012, the headstock snapped in an accident and was successfully repaired (neck repair pictured). This has not affected its tone or playability, however I have only used floor stands and its case for storage since (not wall/neck hung because “Sonny” is a heavy fella!)

**Edit: My friend plugged in and had a little play and said it is a little scratchy sounding to him (maybe wiring/pickups?) - probably will need a once over from a professional to get it ship shape again. I am no guitar expert and sounds ok to my beginner ears - sale is for guitar as is.
