Note: This bed is for indoor use only. Cover & memory foam (compressed) are packed separately. When delivered, the customer will need to insert the foam into the cover.

Note:

1. Avoid using sharp objects to open the parcel(s) as it may cause damage to the product;
2. In rare cases there may be an odor with the new cover which is completely normal for a new product. It should be gone after airing it for 24 hrs. If you wish to wash the cover, please follow the care instruction on the washing tag (Gentle hand wash is recommended). DO NOT wash it together with light-coloured clothing.
3. Insert the memory foam into the cover while it expands slowly from compression, then leave the bed at somewhere clean & dry as it can take up to 48hrs for the foam to expand fully It expands faster in a warmer environment.
