The HoundHouse is manufactured with a marine grade, waterproof canvas specifically designed to resist all types of climates. During cooler seasons, the canvas will contract, providing a barrier from crisp winds and cool drafts, whilst keeping warm air inside to ensure your pet remains snug. During the warmer seasons, the material expands, allowing cool air to flow through & stay ventilated.

The floor is made with flexible PVC, designed to flex as the dog lays on it, however it will not sink after multiple uses. Included with the HoundHouse is a Soft core canvas mat that can be tied to the kennel. The canvas mat is scratch proof & is suitable for all dogs-particularly for dogs experiencing joint pains. The flexible material will ease the pressure off their joints, keeping your pet comfy & happy.

Cleaning is easy. A quick spray with a hose & sweep with a brush will remove all the unwanted hair & bacteria, further reducing places for fleas & ticks to hide and breed. The canvas' large weave prevents flea eggs from hatching, preventing further growth in the flea life cycle.

Owners are responsible for their pets behaviour & safety. The HoundHouse is treated with a non-toxic wax glaze to weatherproof the material, this also makes the fabric scratch resistant & unpleasant to taste. If your pet tries to chew the HoundHouse, consider training your pet to stop them & encourage them to chew only dog chew toys or treats.
