HATCHING CONTAINER: Preferably use a container with a conical bottom AERATION: Add strong continuous aeration to the bottom of hatching container through arstones. EGG DENSITY: Use no more than 2 grams/liter. TEMPERATURE: Ideally between 25-30 degree ILLUMINATON: A strong fluorescent or incandescent light. PH: PH should be maintained>8. f PH drops below 7.5, sodium bicarbonate shoud be added into the water to increase the PH to 8. HATCHING TIME: Brine shrimp nauplii should be harvested about 18-24 hours. COLLECTING NAUPLII: Stop aeration and cover the top of the hatching container from the light. Wait for 10-15 minutes. Most nauplii will sink to the conical bottom of the container while empty shells will float to the water surface during this period of time. Collect nauplii form the bottom drainage (if available) or through siphoning. Rinse well with minimum mechanical harm before feeding. STORAGE COMNDITONS: Opened and unopened cans should be stored in a cool dry location, preferably stored below 4 degree.
