White Worm, is a small, white earthworm. It is an easy to culture live food that is an excellent size for many tropical fish and is especially good for conditioning breeder fish into the breeding mode because of the high protein level. It’s also great for feeding to fry because it helps them grow faster and small fish can handle the size of a white worm.

They keep best in the refrigerator (they will come to the surface and sides in fridge) or somewhere cool. Place a little piece of bread moistened with water on top of culture to bring the worms to the surface and move to a warmer place an hour before feed worms to your fish or pets.
