These grains have been in my family for more than 10 years now and make super kefir.

Live active and very fast growing. Have been selling them for years – and now listed again on tm.

Easy to follow instructions will be included. No need for a pouch – just use the kitchen strainer which is easier to keep clean.

Post is by overnight courier to help keep your grains healthy. If you have any problems with your grains due to the shipping time, please message us and we will replace them for you.
