Description
A lovely turquoise green blue cat figurine from the Blue Mountain pottery company of Canada. This is a vintage depiction of a reclined Persian cat rendered in the iconic blue green hues that Blue Mountain pottery is so well known for. Created in Collingwood Ontario in the 1960's. 17.5cm long. The ceramic is iconic red terracotta like clay that is another hallmark of Blue Mountain products. In good condition. no cracks chips or crazing. Please note the glazing fault on the rear, where the terracotta is visible. Pick up is Mount Albert.
