Description
Lidded casserole (1960’s) of the Liekki pattern from ‘Arabia’. The Arabia factory was established in Finland in 1873 by the Swedish company Roerstrand. By the middle of the last century it was the largest in terms of output than any other producer of porcelain in Europe.
The designer of the pattern was Ulla Procope (1921-1968). The pattern was in production 1958-78 after being introduced in 1957.
Excellent condition.
Volume: 2.35 litres approx.. Diameter = 21.5 cm approx. Height with lid = 13cm approx.
