Antique Sarreguemines Scotsman / Highlander Large French Character Jug No. 3210

Large 20cm tall x 20cm wide.

Majolica Sarreguemines French made Pitcher Character / face Jug. Backstamp reads: 'L 3210 227 02 05". Bit of shelfwear to base, hairline crack/crazing 6cm to rim, and small shallow flake 5mm to rim (as per photos).

Interior of jug is robin's egg blue colour. Jug around 1890s-1900 circa age.

I like him but he scares the wife too much ! - hence selling.

PLEASE NOTE: I'm not wanting to post given the fragility but can exchange in Downtown Auckland any weekday as I work in town. Basically I'll take a box with packing along, you take your box & you can transfer the items into your box. If you want me to post though then I can do.
