An exceptionally professional and friendly service provider whose gold standard expertise made my old piano sing again. He was upfront about the parameters of the job, and worked beyond sunset to achieve the best tone for a very neglected, flat untuned piano. I felt very comfortable inviting Maurice into our home, and he had a lovely manner with my children. He made repairs and attempted to source spare parts as well. True-blue, proper kiwi service! Prompt. Exc effort,, standards & pricing.
