This company has no regard or courtesy for customers and think they are doing a favour to us.The company confirmed the order on 14th March and date of installation of 5th April in writing, Then no one turned up, didn't care to communicate. No one answered the phone betweenTheir office 31st March and 8th April and have decided to cancel the order.. If anyone wants to waste their time and frustrate themselves, try doing business with them! What a bitter experience!
Team Frost are amazing! Lexxie on admin is super friendly & organised everything effortlessly, Sloan & Drew were very professional, gave great advice and really made the whole process easy. I was stoked with the price, and the quality of the product, workmanship and service really impressed me, i will recommend Frost to all my friends & family.
Sloan and his team are friendly and professional and supplied and installed a high quality heat pump. The whole experience was so easy and the customised service appreciated. I contacted them to check if I could have a heat pump installed at a future date which they happily accommodated. Pricing was also very competitive. Highly recommended!
Frost Industries installed a ducted air conditioning Daikin system in my house. The whole process from the initial consultation, through on-site visit, to quoting and installation was excellent. Sloan was great - he helped me select a system and layout that worked best for my needs, and provided a very competitive price. The guys who did the installation were great too - trustworthy, reliable & tidy. Communication was excellent throughout.
I have no hesitation in recommending Frost Industries.
Frost Industries are well worth using to do a proper no fuss job. I'm a tradesman myself and can pretty well work out whether someone is onto it or not, these people are on to it. Thanks sloan and team
