Comes with the standard bag. Headset is about 5 years old with general wear lite scuffs here and there. Back in 2014 I had the cable assembly replaced under warranty, and last year the ear cups and mike sponge were replaced. comes with original owners manual and aux cord. Only thing is the little rubber strap that connects the battery cover to the headset when you pull it off is broken you only know this when you go to replace the batteries though
