These are some training tools I have been experimenting with after seeing Magnus Midtbø do a YouTube video with a weight lifter about grip strength and they used a range of these gym grips. I think I also saw one with Adam Ondra. Either way... I bought some. I have my own set and have brought in some more for others to try if they like.

The set has 11 pieces + attachments (see the first few images). I'll list them below.
