Used but good condition Surly Ice Cream Truck frame in blue, size 18" Medium. Couple of paint scrapes under the bb shell and on the underside of the downtube, but purely cosmetic and unseen in use. No dents or cracks. Comes with the surly seat post clamp, rear 197 x 12mm through axle, and bb bearings (working but a bit rumbly.) Does not include headset. Takes 30.9 seat post so handy for droppers. .
