Description: The Korsteel Flexi Bits are made from hi-tech plastic which has been moulded around a core of stainless steel. The flexi mouthpiece is 'warmer' than a traditional stainless steel mouthpiece. Flexi mouthpieces are a good choice for younger horses and those with a sensitive mouth. The single joint of this bit creates pressure on the tongue, the roof and the bars of the mouth. The eggbutt cheeks keep the bit stiller in the horse's mouth than a loose ring snaffle. This bit is more suited to horses who struggle to maintain a consistent contact. This bit is dressage legal. Plastic should be checked before every use for sharp edges where the horse may have chewed the mouthpiece.
