These are genuine issue Italian combat trousers made in the early 2000's. In the early 1990's the Italian Army invented this camouflage pattern specifically for use in desert environments. This mimetico deserto saw heavy use in Somalia.

Constructed from a moderate-heavyweight cotton twill with a zip fly. The pants feature elasticated cuffs and 5cm wide belt loops. For storage, the pants provide two large cargo pockets and two rear pockets, all with hook & loop closures. A stand-out garment to have in any military collection. Or try out something a little bit different on the airsoft/paintball field.
