Up for sale is a Chilean Model 1895 mauser bolt action rifle in 7x57mm made in Berlin.

The action , barrel and bolt have matching numbers and the bore is in excellent condition.

It comes with a mounted Huntsman 4x40 scope , assorted fired cases , 50 rounds of PMC & Highland ammunition , a set of dies and a box of 139grn projectiles.

Note that if this auction requires posting then the ammunition and bolt will be sent separately.

The owner who put this together says that the stock is from a swedish mauser and when first fitted it was not shooting well.

It was not until an older shooter told him to expand the bolt handle groove on the stock that it turned into a very accurate rifle.

This will make a great first rifle or spare / back up rifle in a popular and effective hunting calibre.
