This could be sent in a NZ Post envelope but they no longer take responsibility for safe delivery of any letters (i.e. no compensation if they fail to deliver it). I would take a photo showing the stamp addressed envelope but would not be able to apply for a refund from NZP and hence would not be able to refund a buyer if the letter went astray.

Internet banking transfers preferred but you can pay over the counter payments if you add an extra $3 to cover the new Kiwibank charge for such transactions.
