We are shipping essentials items daily during L4. We only have the owner on-site during L4, with no other people or 3PL facilities handling your goods. All other teams are working remotely. All orders will be packed wearing gloves and a mask. Retail and click and collect is closed until L3. Please expect some courier delays, especially if you live rurally and use NZ Post. Do not use a business address unless it is operating regular hours under L4. Include clear delivery notes and phone number to avoid delays. Delivery will be contactless via courier. If we cannot ship your order within 24 hours, we will contact you. We cannot accept returns or exchanges until L2 but will extend the return period 30 days after L2 starts. Order close off for same-day shipping is 10 am that day. Couriers and our customer service will operate Mon-Fri 9am-4pm at L4. Items we cannot ship in L4 include Surfboards, Sups, Foil boards but order now and the day they can be used again we will have them at your place.
