G.S.T. Tax Invoices

We are a registered company and will provide a G.S.T. tax invoice. Receipts are not sent unless requested.

Shipping DAMAGE OR LOSS IN DELIVERY We cannot accept liability for goods damaged or lost in delivery however we would gladly help or offer advice within our ability, please do inform us of the incident immediately. We ship out your product as soon as we receive and confirm your payment. We aim to do this on the same day.

TRACKINGS OF PRODUCT Track and trace is available on all parcels. We have been keeping records in order for our customers so that if there are concerns about their product being misplaced or not arrived during delivery we have the relevant information to follow this up.

INSTALLATION SERVICES

We have a workshop just positioned right behind our store, where we offer a great range of professional installation services most commonly such as, car stereo and car alarm.

• All our product comes with 1 year manufacturer / distributor warranty (Otherwise stated no warranty)
• Customers are required to ship the product back to us for any claims of warranty (at customer's cost)
• We will inspect all returned products. If product found to be defective due to improper installation or misuse, the warranty coverage will be decline automatically
