Shipping Time Frame

There are items at our showroom which you can pickup immediately. Please call us if anything needed urgently.

Small Items upto 5kg: (Doesn't include Furniture & Appliances) 3-6 working days for non-rural Address 4-8 working days for rural address

Furniture and Appliances Delivery Time Frame: 5-10 working days for Non Rural 7-11 working days for Rural

Delays may occur during peak times i.e. Christmas, Public Holidays, etc. If order has been placed on weekend or on public holidays it will be dispatched on next working day.

Tracking: All orders are shipped with registered tracking.

P.O. Boxes We accept P.O. Box address for delivery

Undeliverable address & returned items: If an order is returned back to our warehouse for any reason such as an undeliverable address provided, Online8 reserves the right to charge any additional costs to the buyer for re-delivering the order.

Damaged and Missing Parcels If you receive a damaged parcel or the tracking shows delivered while you haven't received the parcel please contact us, we can send a replacement or can lodge an inquiry for you.

In case of damaged item, receiver should check the parcel thoroughly before signing the consignment. We reserve the right to decline replacement/refund if consignment signed as “good order” at the time of delivery.

Receiver can also decline delivery if courier driver insist to sign it before checking the damage. In this case, please report back to us and we will complain for that driver to courier management.

Combine shipping: Yes, Please ask us charges before placing an order. We will advise you combine shipping according to your address & required items. (Larger items may incur extra charges)

Consumer Guarantees Act 1993

The Consumer Guarantees Act sets out minimum standards for the products we sell. We may repair, replace or refund any product in accordance with the Act if that product is faulty or otherwise fails to meet the standards im-posed by the Act.

Fair Trading Act 1986

The Fair Trading Act is designed to protect customers from being misled, ei-ther intentionally or unintentionally. This applies to all aspects of the promo-tion and sale of goods and services including: pricing, where the product was made, where the product is from, the meeting of New Zealand safety stand-ards, the availability of products in store and the sales techniques used.

Returning Defective Products

Products must be returned and inspected with proof of purchase before we will provide any repair, replacement or refund.

Subject to the provisions of the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993 and the Fair Trading Act 1986, we may repair, replace or refund any product that does not meet the standards set out in those Acts.

Any refund will be credited to the card used to purchase the product.

If you return a product that is not defective and complies with the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993:

a. The product will be returned to you at your expense and upon your pay-ment of further shipping fees. b. The product will be disposed of after 30 days from receipt if we are not provided with further shipping fees and a return shipping address.
