Overall this was a good trade. The computer arrived and it works well. The only issue I had was that it took them 7 days to ship and I had to follow up with them before it was actioned. I didn't get any notification of the delay and was expecting it in 4-5 days.

Great to do business with. Very good courier delivery, no problems in dealing with them again.

I had a very disappointing experience with this trader and unfortunately cannot recommend them. The order arrived with items missing, and despite multiple attempts to make contact, my messages were ignored. The trader also failed to respond to the dispute I filed through Trade Me.

Purchase & paid on 17/03/25 for goods to arrive 2-3 days. Incorrect goods arrived 10 days later. contacted by phone and promised correct goods in 3 days.Still no goods 09/04/25 ! phoned and told no contact number for despatch and no superior to talk to. Dealings with this Company should be avoided !
