Very slow, poor communication. Only communicated with after trade me disputes involved after no delivery after 10 days. Told “ they had lost the package” but suddenly found it when trade me involved - poor store person was blamed!!! If I had read other customers feedback first - probably wouldn’t have purchased from these people. First ever “blue face” given - item itself finally received was ok - however not as pictured so disappointed in product

Trader was good.. prompt shipping etc. sadly the router was DOA, just a risk you take with seconand hand equipment. Otherwise trader was great.
