Delivery estimates:

• Standard items: Within 1 to 3 working days (Rural Areas will need 1-2 extra working days)
• Oversized or overweight items: Within 2 to 5 working days.

Order changes: Changes must be made within 30 minutes of payment to ensure they can be processed before dispatch.

Peak Season Delays: Expect potential freight delays during peak seasons.

Delivery Service: Standard service is non-signature required.

Rural Areas: Items are delivered to the nearest carrier depot. Our customer service team will contact you to confirm the depot and any rural delivery fees.

Restrictions: No deliveries to PO BOX, parcel pod, non-physical addresses, Waiheke Island, or other islands.

Mixed Orders: Orders with general and overweight items may be dispatched separately, resulting in multiple tracking numbers and delivery times.

How would I know if you have received my order and payment? Once your order has been placed, you will receive an email notification from us (TreasureBox), same goes for when your payment has been processed. You will receive an email confirmation as well upon the products' shipping for your own reference. What if I did not get an order confirmation email? A confirmation email is sent right away after you place your order. If you are not able to see it in your mail, we suggest you to check your junk/spam folder as the email may be blocked occasionally. If you are still not able to see the mail, please don’t hesitate to contact us.

What forms of payment do you accept? At the moment, we accept Ping, Visa, MasterCard, Afterpay, and bank transfer payments.

Do you ship overseas? No sorry, we ONLY ship within NZ at the moment. All currency indicated is in NZD.

How long will it take to get my product? Approximately within 5 working days. For more info please refer to our Shipping Information

What if I did not get an order confirmation email? A confirmation email is sent right away after you place your order. If you are not able to see it in your mail, we suggest you to check your junk/spam folder as the email may be blocked occasionally. If you are still not able to see the mail, please don’t hesitate to contact us.

Can I view all the product ranges at Showroom? As we expand our product ranges, so we simply can't showcase all the products in our showroom, you are more than welcome to contact us regarding the viewing ability before coming to our showroom.

What if I change my mind and would like to return a product? If you've changed your mind or the item ordered is no longer needed, you can return it if: ·The item is unopened and unused ·In original packaging ·In resalable condition ·With all manuals with no missing accessories ·Within 30 days of delivery ·With proof of purchase ·Return at your own cost and risk

Once we received the returned item, our team will check and test to ensure it is as above conditions. when our team confirms everything is ok, you will receive an account credit which can be used to purchase a replacement item. Please note, shipping charge is non-refundable.

To arrange a return, please email our aftersale team with your Trademe order reference and a photo of the current condition of the product, please note unauthorized return will be rejected.

What if the product is damaged or faulty? If your item has arrived and is faulty, damaged, or not working as intended, please notify us by emailing aftersales team as soon as possible. One of our customer service representatives will work with you to go through an investigation process to access the damage/fault. Once the damage/fault been confirmed, we will either repair, replace or refund in partially/full depending on cases.

If you've had the item for a while but it is no longer working as described, please read through our Warranty Claim Procedure. Most of our items carries a standard 12 months warranty unless states otherwise.

CHANGE-OF-MIND

If you've changed your mind or the item ordered is no longer needed, you can return it if:

• Return at your own cost and risk *No returns can be made on clearance sale items and custom/made-to orders. Due to hygiene reasons, we are unable to accept change of mind returns f or Mattresses, Pregnancy Pillows, so please choose carefully, and if you have any concerns on the firmness of a mattress or a pregnancy pillow, we recommend you to visit our showroom to try it before purchasing.
• A product cannot be returned if it has been engraved, modified, damaged, altered, or re-sized.

A restock fee may occur under below situations when you are returning a change of mind item(s).

10% Restocking Fee occurs.

10% -35% Restocking Fee occurs depending on item condition.

FAULTY / DAMAGED / INCORRECT ITEM

At TreasureBox, our team is trying our best to offer every item sold in its perfect condition, however, should you have an issue with a product, we are happy to honour our obligations to you under both the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993 and Fair Trading Act 1996. If your item has arrived and is faulty, damaged, or not working as intended, please notify us by filling up the Warranty Claim Form online at https://www.treasurebox.co.nz/warranty-claim as soon as possible. One of our customer service representatives will work with you to go through an investigation process to access the damage/fault. Once the damage/fault been confirmed, we will either repair, replace or refund in partially/full depending on cases.

Refunds

A cash refund will always be issued to the same method that were used when purchasing. Please kindly allow 1-2 business days for us to process your refund and please note that the refund may take up to 10 business days to reflect into your bank account depends on each platform.

Consumer Guarantees Act 1993

The Consumer Guarantees Act sets out minimum standards for the products we sell. We may repair, replace or refund any product in accordance with the Act if that product is faulty or otherwise fails to meet the standards imposed by the Act.

Fair Trading Act 1986

The Fair Trading Act is designed to protect customers from being misled, either intentionally or unintentionally. This applies to all aspects of the promotion and sale of goods and services including: pricing, where the product was made, where the product is from, the meeting of New Zealand safety standards, the availability of products in store and the sales techniques used.

Returning Defective Products

Products must be returned and inspected with proof of purchase before we will provide any repair, replacement or refund.

Subject to the provisions of the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993 and the Fair Trading Act 1986, we may repair, replace or refund any product that does not meet the standards set out in those Acts.

Any refund will be credited to the card used to purchase the product.

If you return a product that is not defective and complies with the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993:

a. The product will be returned to you at your expense and upon your payment of further shipping fees. b. The product will be disposed of after 30 days from receipt if we are not provided with further shipping fees and a return shipping address.

Pickup Services

Pickup Service is now available for selected items ONLY at our Auckland Silverdale Store.

Before you come by please check the following:

1. Your item is available for pick up, by checking the listing to see if pickup is allowed

3. If you have made payment already Make sure your PayNow/Ping Payment is not being held for security purpose Make sure your bank transfer fund was made 48 business hours beforehand
4. Kindly bring along your reference number, invoice number, or proof of purchase
5. NO pickup available for listings that “do not allow pickup”
6. Pickup hours between 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM ONLY (public holiday may not included)

We recommend a contactless pick up, please click in the Click & Collect link at email or text message to enter your order reference number and contact phone number. Once your order is ready at loading bay, another text message will be sent with loading bay number. *You must pick up your order(s) within 14 days of purchase, otherwise we would be putting stock back of shelf, and re-picking handling fee will be charged!
