Been a month and the part still hasn't arrived. Sent them an email and they gave me an Auspost tracking number but the Auspost website is just brain damage - you can't enter addresses outside of Australia using their online enquiry forms. It just says the flight left Brisbane 23 days ago and that's the last update. So we basically just donated $155 to this business for nothing. Never again.

Buyer beware of this seller. I was dubious about using an overseas company and that was indeed the case. Product arrived missing parts and is unusable in present condition. Zero communication and if there is a fault or issue with product you will never hear from them again and no refund coming. Better to use NZ company. Don't know why TM allows overseas sellers on here with zero accountability.
