My students made this Playhouse last year and I need to sell it, so this year's students can make another.

Materials alone cost approximately $1250, so selling it well below cost.

Well made from quality new materials, this project is very waterproof and should last for many years with the occasional repaint from time to time as per any wooden house.

Overall size is 2.4m wide x 1.9m deep and about 2.0m high. Most adults can stand up inside it. Based on a sheet of exterior treated 17mm plywood with a 700mm veranda deck out front sitting on a ground treated 150 x 50 base. Walls are covered in 7mm exterior ply. Three windows have 3mm acrylic sheet instead of glass. One front door opens around against the wall to allow children to play. Wall colour is a light grey by Resene.

Easily shifted on my trailer, happy to deliver free within Christchurch City or for a negotiated fee further out into Canterbury.
