Lake Edge Resort is a beautiful place to stay in during your time at Taupo. It is right next to the shore, with easy access to the water. They provide free bikes, kayaks and other activities for you. Designed in a beautiful Mediterranean style, facing the sunshine and warmth.

Or, if you prefer to stay within the resort, there is an indoor and and outdoor spa and heated pool, with pool toys for your kids. There is also a games room with a pool table, ping pong, darts and an array of board games and books you can enjoy. They provide free tea, coffee, juice and milk. Free Wifi is available throughout the resort. Each unit has its own barbecue, laundry room, full kitchen, Sky TV, stereo and DVD.

There is space for maximum 6 people to stay in each unit, with 2 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms and a sofa bed. There is a full supply of linen, crockery, washing machine, dryer, dishwasher, microwave, TV and stereo, and on-site parking. It is very close to many awesome activities around Taupo, including all sorts of great sightseeing and delicious local food. Fishing, sailing and all sorts of other fun things are dotted around the lake, just a few minutes' drive from the resort. Not too far from Rotorua or Hawkes Bay either, if you want to go on a little road trip and visit.
