He spent time tightening up things, and luckily he did, as the motor was hanging half off and would have landed on my car. He was really thorough and explained what he was doing. Had Mark around yesterday to fix our garage door. Not only did it not open but sounded like a freight train when it did. On top of that it never closed completely. Mark fixed both our garage doors nearly 3 yrs ago, so when one of them broke...again, I was glad to see Mark still on Trademe. Our garage was built in the 70's, so the wood and bolts are a little 'tired'. Contacted Mark and like the first time, he was very efficient, communicated well, turned up at the said time and he charged a good price. Mark arrived on time and after surveying my garage door in operation, advised me of three options for dealing with its issues (always nice to have options). I decided on the one that best suited my budget and Mark set to work. I thought the door needed a new motor – not so. After Mark’s realignment of the door, repairing it in places and a service, the door works perfectly. Mark even replaced the batteries on the remotes. Awesome job. Well equipped, knowledgeable and a genuine tradie.

After trying several service providers and finding none available to repair my garage door, I came across Mark's listing on here, emailed him yesterday afternoon and he was here promptly today to attend to the repairs. Mark is a legend. Had a problem and went to all the bigger names and they were unable to help and told me my only option involved $1500 plus plus solutions. Got a hold of Mark, he had a good think about it, metaphorically held my hand through a recoding process, fixed the problem everyone else said was unfixable. This guy knows his stuff. I would never call anyone else, he is "top shelf quality", and a really nice guy.
