Description
Disc carving made from a beautiful piece of New Zealand jade of the kawakawa variety. A dark stone but with a high level of translucency when held to the light.
Measures 36mm x 6mm approximately. Suspended on an adjustable 3 plait cord. Hand sanded to a satin finish which will take on a natural polish over time from contact with the wearer.
Carved by myself of Rongomaiwahine and Ngati Kahungunu descent. Hand crafted here on the West Coast.
