I Painted this is 1995 and what an awesome area. The coolness and stillness of the forest is simply breathtaking. It was hard to find a stable spot, but eventually I found a really cool spot!
The Kaipo River (often referred to as Kaipo River) is a real river located within the Kaimanawa Forest Park in the Central North Island of New Zealand. The river is known for its remote, rugged beauty and excellent trout fishing.
It is southeast of Lake Taupo, between Tongariro National Park and Kaweka Forest Park.
Painted in Acrylic with two coats of varnish to protect it throught the ages. Its is framed in a gorgeous dark wood frame and is ready to hang.
36" x 24". Comes with a Certificate of Authenticity.
