This auction is for a 40 square meter tile ceiling that I will supply and install in a rectangular or square-shaped space. A ceiling height up to 3 meters from floor level, and with the fixings no more than 5 meters from floor level. The ceiling grid and tiles are white and set out to accommodate budget square-edged 1200 mm by 600 mm mineral fiber ceiling tiles.  This price assumes reasonable access to the ground- or first-floor area's, but any extra time needed to load up materials outside of this may be chargeable.

If your room is large, then 40 square meters I will use the same rate to calculate additional costs. 

For an additional fee, we can install LED panel lights in place of tiles; however, the lighting need be wired by a certified electrician.
