Construction Insulation: Full SIP (Structural Insulated Panel) construction for walls, roof & floor. This provides significantly better R-values and airtightness than traditional building methods, meaning this puppy takes barely anything to heat/cool. Windows/Door: Double-glazed, thermally broken UPVC. This is a massive step up from standard aluminium, practically eliminating condensation and heat loss. Ventilation: Includes a German-engineered Lunos Heat Recovery (HRV) system. This ensures the room has fresh, filtered air 24/7 without losing the internal temperature.

Interior & Finish Aesthetic: The exposed SIPS create a modern contrast with white-washed ceilings, moody dark-stained walls, and warm, clear-coated feature walls. Lighting: 4x LED swivel downlights and 2x concealed LED strip lights in the reveals. Floor: Soft carpet on high-quality underlay. Electrical: 3x internal double power outlets. The entire unit is powered by a single caravan plug (lead supplied). Exterior & Dimensions Cladding: Durable charcoal iron combined with vertical timber shiplap. Footprint: 6.30m long x 3.08m wide x 3.30m high. Portability: Designed with a chassis suitable for easy HIAB (crane truck) transport. Practical Details Location: Woolston, Christchurch.
