External measurements 2200 W x 2700 L x 2500 H Has cutout for 1800mm Ranchslider and 1600x1200mm Window to other side Exterior and Interior lined fully with ply this is not weathertight as it has only been used inside Fully insulated with batts, 4x2 framing. On 6x2 base with cutout for forklift Carpeted inside with underlay Wired for lights, power and data but we will be removing switch plates, heat pump shown in photo and all other furniture shown.
Viewing and pickup is 1/69 Garlands Road in Woolston We have forklift on site to put on a truck or trailer.
Must be removed by 4th February
