20foot shipping container, has 2 rooms so flexible use, be it bedroom and lounge, 2 bedrooms, office with studio, 2 offices etc etc. Has electrical COC. Have had this for about 10 months, just put brand new carpet in it, great condition. I've clad and insulated the outside and left the inner walls and ceiling exposed. Has 6 double plugs 4 led downlights 1 outside double plug 32 amp socket in to fuse board 16 amp socket out at opposite end as well Some pics show the construction, it's been clad using 50x100 h3.2 wet timber with 40mm polystyrene for insulation, building paper and 20mm cavity with shadow clad over top (like a house). It has Bradford gold ceiling insulation in the ceiling cavity. Very thermally efficient.
