This is an Arduino Development Environment Compatible Nano V3, with an ATMega 328P (5v, 16Mhz).

Advantages over the more common “blue” Nano’s out there are…

• Use a MicroUSB socket, while other Nano’s usually use a MiniUSB. Good Mini cables are getting harder to find these days, Micro is still everywhere.
• Colour is yellow, or yellowy gold.

The Nano is a teency weency micro controller board, barely larger than a DIP chip.

USB connectivity is provided by the CH340, drivers available for Windows, Mac and Linux. You'll need a Micro USB cable, not included, you probably have some in your drawers, sometimes I have them for sale too.

Once you have the drivers installed simply select "Arduino Nano" from the Boards menu in the Arduino IDE, plug in a Mini-USB cable (not included), and away you go. Depending on IDE and board version you might might also have to choose "Processor > ATmega328P (Old Bootloader)".

All the usual Arduino features are there, including the extra A6 and A7 Analog Input pins, leds are present on TX, RX, Power, and of course the standard user controllable LED. This Nano is completely compatible with current versions of the Arduino IDE, perfect for hard wiring in to your project, at this price just leave it there for posterity!
