The 30 bunks are all 2740mm high, 1077mm wide, 2350mm long and have 2 shelves plus the lighting/power/USB bar that acts as a shelf . They have 400mm free past the end of the mattress for storage or tall people and have 360mm height storage under the bunk although this can be reduced for a shorter overall height. All bunks are made from untreated timber and plywood with a Saturn polyurethane finish and curtains. I have 27 of these plus 2 the same specs but 2060mm long to neatly take a single mattress and 1 at 2130mm long making a total of 30 bunks We also have a 8 bed dorm and the bunks in there are 2280 high, 1070, wide with 1 at 2400mm long, 1 at 1970 long and 2 cut into the corner. They all have shelves but no built in lights, power, back walls or roof. They are easy to alter. The light bars alone cost $500 each to have made and there are 60 of them. The bunks are all dismantled into 5 modular parts, bottom bunk, top bunk, roof, both ends and were purpose built and extremely strong and stable with curtains for privacy.
