Storage Unit auctions are the newest and biggest untapped source for hidden treasure. All over NZ, people fall behind with the payments on their storage units, while others have been abandoned or simply forgotten. As one of our customers has failed to pay their Storage Fees, we are selling the contents of their Unit. We are not able to offer a “Buy Now” so please do not ask. It is required by law that we let this run to completion. This unit is to be sold on an “As Is Where Is” basis and with no warranties, guarantees, and accept no liability as to the condition of the goods in the unit. ALL SALES ARE FINAL.

While we take every effort to accurately reflect the items in this unit, we are not liable for any variations either expressed or implied from the items listed or photographed. Once you have placed a bid you have entered into a binding contract with the seller in which you have agreed to purchase the contents of the unit if you are the highest bidder.

If you win this Auction, you have two days of the Auction closing, to arrange payment. Full payment must be made (Eftpos or Credit Card).

If you find any personal items within the storage unit, please contact the site manager so you can return them. These items include but not limited to; identification documents, passports, tax and legal documents within 7 years of today’s date, birth, death and marriage certificates etc.

PICK UP ONLY. Please be aware that the auction is for the ENTIRE UNIT, so ALL items must be removed. No viewing until the Auction has finished as in the Trade Me Terms and conditions.
